Range Definition

Process Matching

How we handle it: Gloves are matched to process: stick, MIG, TIG, high heat and cold handling each have a model in the range.
Size Planning
Problem: Size splits are guessed and the wrong sizes sit in stock for years.
How we handle it: Size sets can be sampled before the bulk order so the split matches your workforce.
Consolidated Production
Problem: Separate suppliers mean separate lead times and separate shipments.
How we handle it: All 46 models are produced in the same plant and ship together on one order.
Replenishment
Problem: Consumable items run out at different rates and reordering becomes constant.
How we handle it: We keep the same models available across years so replenishment is a repeat order, not a new selection.

Everything Happens On One Site
Manufacturing welding safety products since 2010, with our own 12000 m2 site in Guangxi, 180+ staff, ISO 9001 quality management, a five-stage inspection from raw material to packing, and CE, ANSI and AS/NZS conformity on the products that carry it.
- Raw Material Inspection: Leather and FR fabric are checked for thickness, grain, colour consistency and defects before cutting.
- Cutting Control: Panels are cut to the pattern set for each model, with waste and orientation checked so the leather grain runs correctly.
- In-Line Sewing Check: Kevlar thread, stitch density and reinforcement points are checked on the line while the garment is still being built.
- Finished Product Inspection: Sizing, closures, snaps, straps and labelling are verified against the model specification.
- Packing Inspection: Quantities, size splits, inner packing and carton marks are checked against the order before shipment.
