How The Process Runs
Specification
Problem: Buyers often start from a competitor sample with no written specification behind it.
How we handle it: We work back from your sample to a written spec: leather type and thickness, lining, thread, pattern and size chart.
Sampling
Problem: A good sample from a trading company says nothing about the production run.
How we handle it: Samples are made on the same lines that will run the order, so what you approve is what gets produced.
Material Preparation
Problem: Leather bought batch by batch varies in thickness and grain.
How we handle it: Raw material inspection is the first of our five quality stages, before anything is cut.
Production
Problem: Branding is often applied after the fact and damages the garment.
How we handle it: Labels, tags and branding are built into the production plan, agreed before the line starts.
Inspection And Packing
Problem: Size splits and carton marks arrive wrong and have to be re-worked at the destination.
How we handle it: Packing inspection verifies the size split, inner packing and carton marks against your order.
Models Most Often Involved
Sewing lines where welding jackets, aprons and sleeves are assembled with Kevlar thread.
Everything Happens On One Site
Manufacturing welding safety products since 2010, with our own 12000 m2 site in Guangxi, 180+ staff, ISO 9001 quality management, a five-stage inspection from raw material to packing, and CE, ANSI and AS/NZS conformity on the products that carry it.
- Raw Material Inspection: Leather and FR fabric are checked for thickness, grain, colour consistency and defects before cutting.
- Cutting Control: Panels are cut to the pattern set for each model, with waste and orientation checked so the leather grain runs correctly.
- In-Line Sewing Check: Kevlar thread, stitch density and reinforcement points are checked on the line while the garment is still being built.
- Finished Product Inspection: Sizing, closures, snaps, straps and labelling are verified against the model specification.
- Packing Inspection: Quantities, size splits, inner packing and carton marks are checked against the order before shipment.
