Can you quote from a photograph rather than a drawing?
Yes. The workshop states that it takes orders according to a photo or a drawing from the customer. Send the reference image, the height you want and where the piece will stand.
How long does production take?
The product listings state a produce time of 35 to 45 days depending on the piece. Sea freight is on top of that, so work back from your installation date when you plan.
How is a sculpture packed for export?
The listings state packing in a wooden case. The workshop also states Factory Direct and Door to Door Delivery as its shipping arrangement.
What sizes can you build?
The company states stainless steel spheres from 25 mm to 10 m in diameter, and that it can produce metal balls of almost any size that meet your specification. Installed pieces on this site run from 160 cm to 3750 mm.
