What This Means in Practice
The process is deliberately short. You contact us with the product and the quantity. We send a quotation sheet. Once you have confirmed it, we issue a proforma invoice for the deposit. If you want a physical sample before the order, we make one for you first. Typical sample lead time is three to fifteen days and typical production lead time on bag and cooler orders is twenty-five to thirty days.
How the Process Runs
Each stage produces something you can check: a quotation sheet, a physical sample, a proforma invoice, a packing specification.
- Contact
Send the product name or the specification and the quantity you need.
- Quotation sheet
We return unit price, material, size, colour, logo and packing in writing.
- Sample if required
A physical sample is produced before you commit to a production run.
- Confirmation
You approve the quotation sheet, which becomes the production specification.
- Proforma invoice
We issue the PI and you pay the deposit against it.
- Production and shipment
The order runs, is inspected, packed to your marks and shipped.

How is the specification recorded?
On the quotation sheet. It states material, size, colour, logo placement and packing, and once you confirm it, it becomes the production specification and the basis of the proforma invoice.
Who controls the factory?
Mango is registered as a trading company and is a shareholder in its partner factory, invested in after three years of working together. A second factory producing tents and bags was added in 2018.
What is covered by the warranty?
A one-year limited warranty applies to every item. Within that period any non-human damage problem is answered with a replacement or a refund.
