Mango is registered as a trading company, but we are a shareholder in our partner factory. That shareholding is the mechanism behind our quality control: we are not asking a supplier for a favour, we are making a decision inside a business we part own. The first factory was invested in after three years of working together, and a second factory for tents and bags was added in 2018. Every item carries a one-year limited warranty. Within that period, any non-human damage to the product is answered with a replacement or a refund.
How the Process Runs
Each stage produces something you can check: a quotation sheet, a physical sample, a proforma invoice, a packing specification.

The sample you sign off becomes the written production standard.
- Material check
Shell fabric, tube alloy and liner material are confirmed against the quotation sheet.
- In-line check
Production is checked while it runs, not only when it finishes.
- Finished goods check
Product is compared against the approved sample before packing.
- Packing check
Logo placement, poly bag, inner box and carton marks are verified.
