Is there a charge for samples?
Sample cost and whether it is credited against the production order are stated on the quotation sheet for your specific item. Sample lead time is typically three to fifteen days.
How is the specification recorded?
On the quotation sheet. It states material, size, colour, logo placement and packing, and once you confirm it, it becomes the production specification and the basis of the proforma invoice.
Who controls the factory?
Mango is registered as a trading company and is a shareholder in its partner factory, invested in after three years of working together. A second factory producing tents and bags was added in 2018.
What is covered by the warranty?
A one-year limited warranty applies to every item. Within that period any non-human damage problem is answered with a replacement or a refund.
