It is manufacturered by the statinless steel plate 201,304,316.The width,thickness,length of roll,material grade and the color of dispenser can be customized according to customer’s requirement.

How to Produce the Stainless Steel Strapping?

Stainless steel straps are produced by cold rolling hot rolled coils as raw materials, with smooth and bright surfaces and accurate thickness and size.

Production process of stainless steel strapping

  • Raw black leather coil
  • bell annealing furnace
  • continuous annealing and pickling line for hot coil
  • grinding unit – 12-high rolling mill / 20-high rolling mill
  • cold coil continuous annealing and pickling line / vertical continuous bright annealing line
  • Fine grinding and polishing unit
  • Leveling unit
  • Tensile straightening and re-rolling unit
  • Finished cold rolled stainless steel coil

The purpose of annealing is to obtain the best mechanical properties of stainless steel.

The purpose of pickling the stainless steel strapping is to remove the oxide layer (commonly known as iron scale) formed on the surface of the steel strip during hot rolling and annealing, passivate the surface of the stainless steel, and improve the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.
