The Approvals Held
Tophome has obtained GS, CE, RoHS, LFGB, UL, ETL, FDA and CB approvals for most of its products.
Appliance Safety Against Food Contact
GS, CE, UL, ETL and CB cover the appliance. LFGB and FDA cover the parts that touch food - the crumb tray, the blender jug, the juicer filter and the reaming cone. Both sides of that split are usually needed in the same programme.
RoHS
RoHS covers restricted substances in the electrical assembly and is asked for alongside CE in European programmes.
Confirming a Certificate for Your Model
Approvals are held per product and have validity dates. We confirm in writing which certificates are current for the models you are quoting, for your destination market, before an order is placed.
What We Will Not Do
We will not put a certification mark on a quotation or on artwork before the certificate for that model has been confirmed.

Does certification and compliance change the price
It can. Branding method, cord set, carton artwork and certificate scope all carry a cost, which is why we ask for them at the enquiry stage rather than after the quotation.
