    Incoming Material

    The coming material is carefully inspected and chosen before it enters production.

  2. 02

    In-Line Inspection

    Our QC team follows every product carefully along the assembly line.

  3. 03

    Aging Test

    An aging test of more than 24.5 hours is run before shipping.

  4. 04

    Finished Light Inspection

    Load test (electrical specification test), high-voltage test, grounding conduction test and install test.

Beauty STC is confident about its products and has passed many international certifications. You can arrange an inspector on your side before delivery, or we can help arrange one. Our group also has a professional inspection team that can inspect products and factories in China on your behalf.

Can a third-party inspection be arranged before delivery?
Yes. You can arrange an inspector on your side, or we can assist with the arrangement. Our products have passed many international certifications and we are confident about third-party inspection.
Are you a real factory?
Yes. Beauty (STC) Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in 1998 and our own factory in Jiangmen city covers 10,000 square meters with 6 production lines, including 2 automatic LED strip light lines. Visitors are welcome at any time.
Which certifications do your products hold?
Our products are ETL certified for North America, TUV CE and UKCA certified for Europe and the UK, and PSE certified for Japan, with RoHS, REACH, FCC, IP67, ERP, IK10, IEC 60598 and DIN EN 62471 documentation available.
Do you accept customised design?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM service. If you have an idea, our R&D and manufacturing team can help you realise it.
