Quality Control
Beauty STC Lighting has strict quality control procedures to ensure the product goes to customers functioning safely and competitively. The coming material is carefully inspected and chosen. Our QC team follows each product carefully at the assembly line and conducts an aging test for more than 24.5 hours before shipping. As a professional ODM services provider, Beauty STC Lighting has many of its products certified with CE, FCC, SAA, UL and RoHS. We also cooperate with a high quality supply chain such as Tridonic, Sharp, Citizen, Cree and Osram.

Manufacturing Capacity
Covering over 10,000 square meters of factory space, we are located in Jiangmen City. This location and facility give us immediate access to raw materials, suppliers, logistical services and skilled labour. Our manufacturing facility gives us ample space for years to come, well equipped for high-quality LED light production and continual research and development of new innovative LED lighting.

Design And Structure
Our five structure engineers and two electrical engineers work the design in SolidWorks and confirm the structure with you.

Sample And Approval
A sample is produced for your approval, then submitted for the certification the destination market requires.

Production And Delivery
Built on our own lines with in-line QC and a 24.5 hour aging test, then shipped EXW, FOB, C&F or CIF.
What We Can Customise
- Your brand on the product, the packaging and the carton artwork.
- Length and packaging: our construction strip light already ships in 5m, 10m, 20m/25m and 50m drums.
- Colour temperature and colour: cool white, warm white, yellow, blue, red, green, RGB, RGBW and RGBWW.
- Protection construction: non-waterproof IP20, drop glue IP65, silicone tube IP66 and irrigation glue IP68.
- Connector configuration, using the male and female quick connectors we injection mould ourselves.
- Certification submission for the destination market where the construction allows.
