Start from the channel, not the specification
The same product succeeds or fails depending on where it is sold. A marketplace listing is won on images and kit contents. A trade counter is won on suction and durability. A gift programme is won on the box. Decide the channel first and the model follows.
Three questions that settle most projects
- What is the landed price you need to hit in your market?
- Does your customer compare suction figures, or kit contents?
- Will the product be photographed for online listings or displayed on a shelf?
Matching models to answers
If suction leads, start at the ST-6659 Plus R. If the kit sells the product, start at the ST-6697 B Plus or the ST-6704 A Plus. If appearance and colour lead, start at the ST-6699 A Plus. If volume and price lead, start at the ST-6702 A Plus or ST-6693 A Plus. If you want one SKU to cover cars, desks and home textiles, the ST-126 Plus vacuums and blows.

Do not over-specify
A model with features your customer will never use still carries their cost. The cheapest way to lose a programme is to approve a specification that prices you above the shelf.
Then fix it in writing
Once the model is chosen, the colour, accessories, manual and packaging are written into the specification and approved on a sample before mass production starts.
Every specification in this guide is confirmed against the approved production sample for your order. Ask our export team before you publish a figure in your own listing.

How many models should a new brand launch with?
Most private-label brands open with one core model and add a suction-led flagship once the listing has traction.
Can one specification cover several colours?
Yes. Custom colours on selected models let one approved design run as several colourways.
