Every machine is run with your own product and film during the factory acceptance test. Shipment follows your sign-off, which is the point at which specification problems are meant to be caught and corrected.
One-year warranty with lifetime maintenance and 12-hour online after-sales support. Parts that fail in normal use within the warranty period are repaired or replaced at our cost.
Custom-built production machinery is not a stock item and is not returnable as a change of mind. Where a machine does not meet the agreed specification, we correct it — on site or by replacing the assembly concerned.
Unused spare parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; freight is at the buyer's cost.
