When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, that message and the contact details attached to it are held by our sales team so we can answer you and quote your project. WhatsApp messages are also held by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and thereafter as required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
