Boevan BHP series machines pick a pre-made pouch from the magazine, open it, fill it and seal it. Pouch styles and printing stay with your converter, while the line handles doypacks, zipper pouches, spout pouches and flat pouches up to 1200 ml at 40 to 100 pouches per minute.
When your artwork is complex, your pouch has a spout or a shaped die cut, or your volumes per SKU are small, forming the bag in-house costs more than it saves. A BHP line keeps the converted pouch and automates only the opening, dosing and sealing.

Pick by pouch size first, then by the output you need — every model page lists its published pouch width, pouch length, filling capacity and speed. If two models overlap, send us your pouch drawing and target rate and we will say which one we would quote.
Yes. Boevan designs the line as one system — dosing, coding, metal detection, check weighing, capping and case packing are specified with the machine rather than bolted on later, and the whole line is run together during the factory acceptance test.
