Automatic Pyramid Tea and Coffee Bag Packing Machine

The machine forms, fills and ultrasonically seals pyramid tea and coffee bags from a single roll of filter film, running 30 to 60 bags per minute at 1 to 10 g per bag. It is designed for tea blenders, coffee roasters and health-tea producers who need to move from hand filling or outsourced packing to in-house automatic bagging. The system uses electronic scale filling to hold weight accuracy to 0.1 g per bag, and two ultrasonic sealing devices to close the bag without heat, glue or a wide waste edge. It accepts nylon and non-woven filter film imported from Japan, as well as PET and PLA biodegradable films.
