The C28DX forms, fills and ultrasonically seals pyramid and flat tea bags from a single roll of filter film. It runs 30 to 60 bags per minute at 1 to 10 g per bag. It is built for tea blenders and roasters who need to pack whole leaf, flower and root blends in transparent bags with a visible blend. Two ultrasonic sealing devices close the bag without heat, glue or a wide waste edge. Electronic scale filling holds fill weight to within 0.1 g per bag across the 1 to 10 g range.
C18-2 Inner and Outer Tea Bag Packing Machine
The C18-2 forms, fills and seals inner and outer tea bags in one continuous process. It runs 30 to 60 bags per minute at 1 to 10 g per bag. It is built for tea producers who need to pack loose leaf or ground tea in a double-layered bag for freshness and visual appeal. Electronic scale filling holds fill weight to within 0.1 g per bag.
