A 40-foot general purpose container was recently shipped to America containing a full production line for pyramid tea and coffee bag packaging. The shipment includes the C20DX pyramid tea bag packing machine, the C25 tagging machine, and supporting materials such as nylon film, thread, and tag film. This setup enables end-to-end automation from film feeding to final bag sealing with a tag attached, suitable for tea, coffee, and other filter-based products.
C20DX Pyramid Tea Bag Packing Machine
The C20DX forms, fills, and ultrasonically seals pyramid tea bags from a single roll of film. It runs at a speed of 30 to 60 bags per minute, with a fill range of 1 to 10 grams per bag. The machine uses electronic scale filling to maintain consistent weight and features two ultrasonic sealing devices for a narrow, secure seam without heat or adhesive. It supports nylon and non-woven filter film imported from Japan, as well as PET and PLA biodegradable films.
C25 Tagging Machine for Sealing Thread and Tag
The C25 tagging machine seals thread and tag film together, then attaches them to the tea or coffee bag. It is designed for use with pyramid tea bags, drip coffee hanging-ear bags, and similar formats. The machine ensures the tag is securely fastened and the thread is properly positioned for easy opening. It works in line with the C20DX packing machine for a continuous production flow.
Materials Supplied with the Shipment
The container includes nylon film imported from Japan, thread for bag sealing, and tag film. These materials are compatible with the C20DX and C25 machines and support both standard and biodegradable packaging needs. The nylon film is heat resistant and food grade, while the tag film is designed for clear, durable labeling.
Integration and Setup for Immediate Use
The machines are delivered ready for installation and can be set up at the customer's facility with minimal downtime. The C20DX and C25 are designed for quick changeover between formats. The line is built for use with single phase 220V 50Hz power and requires a clean dry air supply at 0.6 MPa. An air compressor can be added if site air is not available.
