The C19H-2 forms, fills and ultrasonically seals drip coffee hanging-ear bags from a single roll of filter film, running 30 to 60 bags per minute at 5 to 20 g per bag. It is built for coffee roasters and contract packers who need to move from hand filling or outsourced packing to in-house automatic bagging of ground coffee with a hanging ear. Electronic scale filling holds fill weight to within 0.1 g per bag, and two ultrasonic sealing devices close the bag without heat, glue or a wide waste edge. The machine runs on single phase 220V 50Hz at 1.2 kW with air supply at 0.6 MPa.
