It is designed for tea blenders, roasters and contract packers who need to move from hand filling to in-house automatic bagging. The machine handles whole leaf, flower and root blends that would otherwise bridge or jam in machines built for fine cut grades. Electronic scale filling ensures consistent weight across batches, with accuracy of 0.1 g per bag. Two ultrasonic sealing devices close the bag without heat or adhesive, preserving delicate aromatics and reducing film waste.
