Two ultrasonic sealing devices close the bag without heat or adhesive, preserving delicate aromatics. Electronic scale filling holds fill weight to within 0.1 g per bag across a shift.

The C88DX is a dedicated pyramid tea bag machine that forms, fills and ultrasonically seals pyramid bags from a single roll of nylon or non-woven film. It runs 30 to 60 bags per minute at 1 to 10 g per bag. It is designed for tea houses and health-tea producers who need to pack whole leaf, flower and root blends in transparent or opaque pyramid bags.
