Project Challenge
Drip coffee bags in biodegradable film need three things working together: a machine that seals fine PLA cleanly, continuous feeding of ground coffee, and nitrogen in the outer bag to protect the aroma.
Customer Pain Points
- PLA corn fibre film needs a sealing method that does not rely on heat
- Hand feeding ground coffee into the filler limits the run rate
- Roast coffee packed in ordinary air loses aroma before it reaches the shelf
Our Solution
We supplied a C19H drip coffee bag packing machine set for PLA corn fibre film, an SG-60 automatic feeder that sends coffee powder into the filler continuously, and a nitrogen making machine that flushes nitrogen into the outer bag.

Supply Chain Coordination
The bagging machine, the feeder and the nitrogen unit were specified as one line and shipped together, so the customer was not integrating three separately sourced machines on site.
Quality Control
The line was run as a complete set before despatch and a delivery video of the C19H running was recorded for the customer.
Final Result
A drip coffee bag line running PLA corn fibre film with automatic feeding and nitrogen flushing delivered to America in August 2023.
