Solar Water Pump System All-in-one System Package Water Head:Upto 400m Average Daily Water Flow: 1400m³ Wide Use for Large-scale Agriculture Irrigation, Village Water Supply, etc

An all-in-one AC solar water pumping system for applications requiring reliable, off-grid water supply without batteries or grid connection. It uses solar energy directly to drive a 3-phase AC motor pump, with a solar inverter converting DC from the array to AC and adjusting output frequency in real time based on solar radiation. The system includes a PV combiner box, mounting structure, cable, connectors and tools. It is designed for deep well, river, lake or reservoir water extraction and can feed tanks, reservoirs or irrigation networks. The pump size ranges from 0.37KW to 22KW, with maximum head up to 400m and average daily flow up to 1400m³.
Values below are taken from the product documentation. Anything not listed is confirmed against your order.

| Battery-based solar pumping system | No battery needed, lower installation and maintenance cost, but cannot operate at night or during low solar radiation |
|---|---|
| Diesel-powered pump | No fuel cost or logistics, no emissions, but limited by solar availability during daylight hours |
| Grid-connected pump | Works without solar, but requires grid access and fails during outages |
| DC solar pump system | AC pump offers higher efficiency and better motor control, but requires inverter for DC-AC conversion |
Determine daily water volume and pumping depth before selecting pump size
Install solar array to face south with minimal shading and optimal tilt angle
Connect array to the combiner box before linking to the inverter
Ensure the inverter is grounded and the SPD is bonded to earth
Test the system during daylight with full solar irradiance to confirm pump start and flow
Inspect pump and connections weekly for leaks, loose cables or corrosion

No. The system operates directly on solar power without batteries, storing water instead of energy.
No. The system only operates during daylight when solar radiation is sufficient for the inverter to drive the pump.
The system can achieve a maximum head of up to 400m, depending on pump size and solar input.
Yes. The inverter has an IP655 rating with full protection against dust and water ingress.
Yes. Mounting structures are customised using CAD drawings for flat roof, pitched roof, soil or cement ground installation.
The kit includes 4mm2 and 6mm2 PV cables, MC4 or MC3 connectors, and a tool bag with wire cutter, stripper and crimper.
