Materials and finishes

Most parts are zamak (zinc alloy), die-cast, hand polished and plated gold (GP), nickel (NP), antique brass (AB), antique copper (AC) or other tones. Selected items are also made in steel, 304 or 316 stainless, aluminium alloy or brass.
ABS and PP parts are cheaper for cremation: moulded, vacuum metallized and coated gold, silver or copper, with some available in antique brass or copper.
Moulds are cut in the company’s own workshop, and designs tooled for a customer are kept for that customer.
Mission
The company’s long-standing aim is to supply valuable products and service: a lift rating you can pass on to your customer, a tone that still matches on the fourth re-order, and someone on WhatsApp who can answer a casting question.
Where a spec is not published, Virtue prefers to confirm it from the factory instead of printing a figure it cannot support.
