More than 30 items in production today started as a customer drawing rather than a catalogue page. Our design and mould team, injection workshop and printing lines make that possible without going outside the factory.
Two ways to work with us
Catalogue item with your logo
Pick a code from the catalogue, choose the colour and send your artwork. Printing is done here by pad printing or heat transfer. This is the fastest route and needs no tooling.
Browse the catalogueA new item built from your design
Send a drawing, a 3D file or a sample. We review whether it can be moulded, quote the tooling and the unit price, cut the mould and run the first sample here in the factory.

Review the design
We check the drawing against what our moulds and materials can do and come back with anything that needs changing.

Quote tooling and unit price
You see the mould cost and the piece price at your quantity before committing.

Cut the mould
Made and kept in our own mould warehouse for repeat orders.

Sample and approval
A production sample with your logo printed, for written approval before the run.

Production, QC and packing
Checked at material, production, printing and final inspection, then packed in our own packing workshop.
Your design stays yours
Customer OEM products are covered by a strict confidentiality system. That is why the OEM items we produce do not appear anywhere on this site.

What can you make to our own design
Moulded promotional items in the categories we already produce: lighting, stationery and desk gifts, tools, travel and beauty items, outdoor items, bar items, auto accessories and PU toys.
Who owns the mould
Ask us when you quote the project. Tooling terms are agreed per project, and we set them out in writing before work starts.
Will our design be shown to other buyers
No. Customer OEM products are covered by a strict confidentiality system and are kept out of the public catalogue.
What do you need to start
A drawing, a 3D file or a physical sample, the annual quantity you expect and your target price. Email these to [email protected].
