What each workshop does for your order
- Design and moulds
- A professional design and mould technique team develops new items and modifies existing ones. Finished moulds are kept in our own warehouse and reused for repeat orders.
- Injection
- Moulded plastic parts for keychain lights, torch bodies, pill boxes, clips, desk tools, PU toys and bar items are produced on our own machines.
- Pad printing
- A 3 colour pad printing machine prints logos onto curved and moulded surfaces, which is the usual method for small promotional parts.
- Heat transfer printing
- Used where the graphic is larger or wraps around the body of the item.
- Packing
- Items are assembled and packed in our own packing workshop, so gift boxes, blisters and polybags are handled in house.
- Finished store
- Packed goods are held in the finished store until the shipment is booked.
Quality control
We run a strict quality control system that follows the order the whole way through.

Confidentiality on OEM work
More than 30 OEM items have been developed for customers. Those designs stay with the customer and are covered by a strict confidentiality system, so you will not find them in this catalogue.
Questions about our factory
Do you own the moulds
Yes. We keep our moulds in our own mould warehouse and run our own injection workshop, which is what allows us to change a part rather than only sell the standard version.
How many print colours can you run
Our pad printing includes a 3 colour pad printing machine. For larger or wrap-around graphics we use the heat transfer printing workshop. The number of colours an item can take depends on its shape, so confirm with us against the item code.
How is quality checked
Through the whole run: incoming material, production, printing, final QC and delivery time.
Are customer designs kept confidential
Yes. Customer OEM products are covered by a strict confidentiality system, which is why our OEM work is not shown in the public catalogue.
