Which woven quality should we choose?
Damask gives the finest detail and a firmer hand, satin gives a smoother, softer face and taffeta is the most economical. If the label sits next to the skin, a soft satin or a soft-touch damask is usually preferred.
Which fold do we need?
It depends on how the label is sewn in. Straight cut and end fold suit neck labels sewn along the top edge; loop fold suits labels sewn into a seam at both ends; centre fold suits hem labels.
Can you print care symbols for several markets on one label?

Which ground should a care label use?
Soft nylon and satin are usual where the label touches the skin; cotton and non-woven grounds are used where a matt, natural look is wanted.
