Frequently Asked Questions
Which processes does TCS offer?
CNC Machining, Plastic Injection Molding, Vacuum Casting, SLA Printing, SLS Printing, Pressure Die Casting, Rubber Parts Producing, Finishing Services.
Can one project use more than one process?
Yes. Projects use a range of services including CNC machining, SLA & SLS printing, injection molding, pressure die casting, vacuum casting and rubber parts producing. We also use CNC machining to make the mold tools used for injection molding and pressure die casting.
Which process suits a small quantity?
Vacuum casting has a low initial cost because it does not require investment in tooling, and molds are durable up to approximately 50 copies. For larger volumes, plastic injection molding is usually the better choice.
