TCS was founded in 2006 and is based in Shajing Town, Shenzhen, China.
What equipment do you have?
For meeting different processing requirements of custom parts, TCS has one SLA machine, 8 high-speed CNC machines, two vacuum casting machines, four injection machines and more. We keep adding more advanced equipment to make sure of better quality.
How small or large can a production run be?
We provide custom molding for 50 to 100,000+ injection molded parts. Vacuum casting molds are durable up to approximately 50 copies, and CNC machining scales from one part to one hundred thousand.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We are only a 50-minute ferry ride from Hong Kong, then about 40 minutes by taxi from Fuyong ferry in Shenzhen. One of our experts can take you on a factory tour.
