ODM means Syned develops a new device based on your specifications. You provide the requirements—motor type, size, weight, features, target use case—and Syned handles the engineering, prototyping, and production. This is ideal when you need a unique product that no competitor offers, especially in saturated markets like massage guns or massage pillows. It requires more time and a larger commitment, including multiple sample rounds and approval cycles.
