Trial orders
2 units per model as a trial sample order
Payment
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance after production is finished
Warranty
One-year product warranty; problems are handled directly by the sales contact
Samples
Free samples are normally not offered; sample terms are agreed with the salesperson
Shipping
Delivered to the buyer's own forwarder, or shipped by air, by sea, or by DDP truck or train
Verification
Buyers are welcome to visit the office and factory, or to run a live video call with the sales manager
