This machine converts a single wide roll of film into one to four finished rolls of pre-opened bags. It handles the full process from feeding a wide sheet, forming it into multiple narrow tubes, to punching, sealing, perforating and rewinding.

How It Processes Wide Rolls into Multiple Small Width Bags

A single wide film roll is fed into the machine and first folded into a tube using an A frame. Then, heat sealing and slitting blades divide the tube into multiple narrow tubes. Each narrow tube is processed in parallel for punching, sealing, perforation cutting and pre-opening before rewinding.

Why This Solves the Problem of Small Width Bag Production

Customers no longer need to slit wide film into small widths separately. The machine performs this step internally, eliminating the need for a separate slitting machine and reducing setup time and material handling.

Capacity and Output Flexibility

The machine can produce 1 to 4 finished rolls at once from one input roll. This allows high output for small width bags without requiring multiple machines or larger models.

When to Use This Machine vs Other Models

This multi-lane design is best for making small width bags (5cm to 12cm). For larger width bags, the zig-zag folding pre-opened bag making machine or the fanfold pre-opened bag on roll machine are better suited.

Integration with Existing Film Feeding

The machine accepts a single wide sheet film directly from a printing or slitting line. It does not require pre-cut or pre-slitted film, which reduces material waste and processing steps.
