How It Is Made

The process begins with a kraft paper reel, typically 70 to 100 gsm, which is unwound and passed through a cutting mould that creates the honeycomb pattern. The web is then stretched to expand the cells into a continuous honeycomb core. The final product is rewound into a roll for use in packaging or further conversion.

Key Functional Characteristics
