Acetone Countercurrent Washing
The hydroxyethyl cellulose project has an annual output of 5000 tonnes and uses an advanced acetone countercurrent washing method, which the company regards as first-class technology within the Chinese industry.
Through technical innovation, the degree of substitution of the hydroxyethyl cellulose produced has increased by 30 to 35 percent compared with other traditional processes. Product indicators are stable and reliable, which shows up in practical application rather than only on the data sheet.
The products are used in daily chemicals, latex coatings, PVC, ceramics and agricultural production.
