Order Flow
Six Steps to a Confirmed Shipment
Specification
Pattern, steel grade, thickness, finish, handle material and set size are fixed with the buyer. Drawings, photographs and physical samples are all accepted as the starting point.
Sampling
A sample is produced and sent for approval. The catalogue invites enquiry and sample requests directly.
Production
The plant in Jieyang covers 8,000 m² with more than 100 technical, management and production staff.
Finishing
Mirror polish, machine polish, gold polish or PVD coating is applied according to the approved sample.
Packing
One piece one OPP bag as standard, or the buyer's own packing. Wooden box, colour box, cardboard box, aluminium case and blister are all in the catalogue.
Delivery
Within 15 to 30 days after confirmation.

Set Composition
Patterns can be composed into sets of 16 pcs or 24 pcs. A pattern typically covers dinner spoon, dinner fork, dinner knife, tea spoon and cake fork, with the same finish and gauge carried through the set.

Capability Questions
What thicknesses are listed
1.2 mm to 1.5 mm on the plastic handle range, 1.5 mm to 3 mm on the mirror, machine and gold polished ranges. Individual piece records go from 1.0 mm on a tea spoon up to 5.0 mm on a dinner knife.
