What Each Syringe Does
Z00 and Z05 are implantable microchip syringes for pets and livestock, both using ISO 11784 and ISO 11785 compliant 134.2 kHz chips. They are used to insert microchips into animals for permanent identification. Both syringes support three chip sizes: 2.12*12mm, 1.4*8mm, and 1.25*7mm.
How They Work Differently
Z00 has an automatic spring mechanism that retracts the push rod after implantation, allowing the syringe to reset without manual adjustment. Z05 requires the user to manually reset the push rod after use, as it does not rebound.
How They Are Used
Z00 is simpler to use: open the cap and implant. Z05 requires unlocking the syringe, removing the cap, and then implanting the chip. This adds an extra step during use.
Design and Customization
Z00 allows customization of the cap and main body color. Z05 does not allow customization of the cap; the lock and main body parts are fixed in color and design.
Certifications and Quality
Both syringes carry ICAR certification and MSDS documentation. They are built for reliable implantation and long-term animal identification, with the chip surviving in a living host for years.
