Every Stage and What Usually Goes Wrong in It
Each stage below exists because it is where seasonal projects normally fail.
Brief
The problem: Customers are told to send a technical drawing they do not have.
How we handle it: A sketch, a photograph or a competitor sample is enough to start. We work out the technical side from there.
Feasibility
The problem: Designs go into tooling before anyone checks what they will cost to build.
How we handle it: We come back with what is producible, what needs changing and what each change does to the cost, before tooling starts.
Design
The problem: A decorative product that looks right can still be impossible to assemble in volume.
How we handle it: Our R&D team designs the part for the line it will actually be built on, not only for the photograph.
Sample
The problem: Handmade samples cannot be reproduced at production speed.
How we handle it: The approval sample is produced on the same line as the order, so what you approve is what you receive.
Packaging
The problem: Own-brand products arrive in a generic pack that undermines the brand.
How we handle it: Retail packaging is printed with your artwork and approved with the sample.
Production
The problem: Outsourced assembly makes quality depend on a factory the supplier does not control.
How we handle it: Production runs on our own line, which is what lets us answer for the result.
Follow Up
The problem: A new product succeeds and then cannot be repeated the following year.
How we handle it: The specification and production record stay on file so the next order matches the first.
Why It Works
Development and Production in One Company
We have run our own production line since 2014 and kept an R&D team beside it. A change agreed at the drawing stage reaches the line without passing through a third company, which is what makes a single-season timetable realistic.
It also means we can tell you early when something is not reachable. That answer is worth more to a buyer than an agreement that fails in October.

A sketch, a photograph or a sample, plus the market you sell into and the price point you are aiming at.
Do you own the design afterwards?
A product developed to your own design is your design. Confirm the arrangement with us in writing at the start of the project.
How long does development take?
It depends on whether new tooling is needed. Tell us your season and we will tell you honestly whether it is reachable.
