Getting the Best Out of It
- Fix the horizontal line first and let the drops hang free before switching on.
- Hang from a rail or hook rather than the cable itself so the weight sits on the fixing.
- For a window, mount just inside the frame so the drops fall clear of the glass.
- Store the curtain wound on a board rather than folded, so the drops do not tangle.

Yes. Curtain width, drop length and drop spacing are set during production, so send us the window or backdrop size you sell to and we will build to it.
Is there an outdoor version?
Outdoor versions are available. Confirm with us which version and protection rating applies to the exact item you are quoting, and we will put it in writing.
Can several curtains be connected end to end?
Connectable versions are produced. Tell us how many units you want to run from one point and we will confirm what is safe for that build.
How is it packed for retail?
We pack in bulk export cartons as standard and in printed retail packs on request. Send your artwork and pack format and we will quote it.
