From a worn part in your hand to a quotation, in four steps and without a single form.
Identify The Part
Find it in the catalogue and note the reference number. If you cannot find it, photograph the worn part next to a ruler.
Send It To Us
WhatsApp or email the reference number or photo, with your machine brand and model and the quantity you need.
We Confirm And Quote
We check the item against your machine and reply with a quotation. If a dimension is unclear we will ask first.
Production And Shipment
Once you confirm the order we arrange the parts and keep you updated until they reach you.

What To Include In Your Message
- Machine brand and model — Muller, Varitex, Kyang, Comez or Jacquard
- Our reference number from the part page, where you have it
- A clear photo of the worn part, with a ruler for scale
- Any numbers stamped on the part itself

Reference Numbers
Understanding Our Part References
Every item in the catalogue carries a reference such as M0001, K1001, J9001 or D4001. These are our own catalogue numbers, used so that you and we can point at exactly the same item. Where the original machine number is known, it is shown in the part name as well.
Quote The Reference
The quickest enquiry is one that starts with a reference number and a quantity. Nothing else needs describing.
Or Quote The Machine Number
If you have the original number from the machine maker, send that. Many part names in the catalogue carry it too.
Or Just Send A Photo
No number at all is fine. On older machines a photo is often faster than any number search.

Ordering — Questions
What if the part has no number stamped on it?
Send a photo instead. A clear picture of the part next to a ruler, plus the machine brand and model, is usually enough for us to identify it.
What details should a photo show?
The whole part in focus, a ruler or tape alongside it for scale, and a second shot of any stamped numbers or the mounting side. If the part sits in an assembly, one photo of it in place also helps.
Can I send a drawing instead?
Yes. Email drawings to [email protected] or attach them over WhatsApp. We do not use upload forms.
Can I order several different parts on one enquiry?
Yes, and it is usually easier that way. Send the list of reference numbers with the quantity for each in a single message.
How will I get the quotation?
By whichever channel you contacted us on — WhatsApp or email. If anything about the part is unclear we will ask before quoting rather than guess.
What if the part I need is not in the catalogue?
Ask anyway. The catalogue lists 2063 parts, but it is not the limit of what we can source.
