What do reference numbers like M0001 or K1001 mean?
They are our own catalogue numbers, used so that you and we can point at exactly the same item. Where the original machine number is known it appears in the part name too.
I do not know the part number. Can you identify it?

Are the photos on the site the actual parts?
Yes. Every product photo in this catalogue is a photo of the part itself.
Can you supply parts that are not listed on the site?
Ask us. The catalogue shows what has been listed, not the limit of what we can supply.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Tell us the quantity you need when you enquire and we will quote for it.
How do I get a price?
Send the reference numbers and quantities by WhatsApp or email. We reply with a quotation.
Why is there no enquiry form on the site?

Can I send drawings or samples?
