MS-180N 9oz Navy FR Welding Sleeves
The MS-180N is the navy version of the 9 oz FR cotton welding sleeve, with elastic wrists and biceps, sold by the pair. Navy is the default for indoor shops where the sleeve has to look serviceable after weeks of soot and laundering.

Cutting Control
Panels are cut to the pattern set for each model, with waste and orientation checked so the leather grain runs correctly.
In-Line Sewing Check
Kevlar thread, stitch density and reinforcement points are checked on the line while the garment is still being built.
Finished Product Inspection
Sizing, closures, snaps, straps and labelling are verified against the model specification.
Packing Inspection
Quantities, size splits, inner packing and carton marks are checked against the order before shipment.
