Quality control

What Happens Before A Light Is Packed

  • Incoming check

    Components are checked at the IQC station before they reach the line.

  • SMT and assembly

    LED boards are placed on the SMT line, then wired and closed on the bench.

  • Burn-in

    Finished lighting is powered on the ageing rack so early failures surface before packing.

  • Packing

    Thick carton is used and the carton size is recorded per SKU in the specification table.
