How we handle it: We work back from your shelf plan and tell you plainly which items we already produce, which need a colour or pack change and which we do not make at all.
Tooling and Samples
New moulds are the slowest and most expensive part of any own-brand launch.
How we handle it: We develop plastic and metal moulds in house. Where an existing mould fits, we use it and you pay for colour and packaging instead of tooling.
Artwork and Packaging
Factories that only pack in their own carton force distributors to repack at destination.
How we handle it: Your artwork goes onto the packaging, inserts and labels before the goods leave Hangzhou.
Production
Second orders that do not match the first destroy a retail programme.
How we handle it: Own tooling and one factory mean the second run is made the same way as the first.
Consolidation and Shipping
Own-brand ranges span several product groups and usually several suppliers.
How we handle it: We consolidate every group in the catalogue into one container. We hold complete export licences for all of our products.

What is the minimum for an OEM order
It depends on whether new tooling or only a colour and packaging change is needed. Send the item numbers and your quantity and we will tell you which applies.
Can we use our own brand on your existing products
Yes, that is the most common OEM route. Existing tooling, your colour and your packaging.
Do you sell your own brands as well
Yes. BLUE GUARD, Catch Expert, Max Catcher and Quite Fix are ours, and they are available to distributors.
