Kunda has made pest control and garden products in Hangzhou since 1990. What began as one factory making glue traps and mouse traps now covers nine garden product groups and exports to America, Europe and the Middle East.
Where We Started
Our first factory was established in 1990 producing pest control products: glue traps, plastic and metal mouse traps, fly catcher bags, cockroach catcher boxes, bird feeders, bird spikes and pest repellers. More than thirty years later that line is still in production and has grown into one of the largest pest control and garden product export businesses in China.
The Factory Today
Our main factory covers 5000 square metres. Injection moulding runs in house, which is what keeps pot dimensions, tray cells and hose threads identical between production runs. We also develop new plastic and metal moulds for our clients, so an own-brand product does not have to start from an existing shape.
How the Company Is Organised
From that first factory we have built a full company structure: production, domestic and global marketing, QC, and after sales, with an R&D team that develops new products from customer requirements. That structure is the reason a buyer deals with one contact instead of chasing a workshop.
Brands and OEM
We own four brands, BLUE GUARD, Catch Expert, Max Catcher and Quite Fix, and we produce under our customers' brands on the same lines. We welcome OEM orders from anywhere in the world, and we hold complete export licences for all of our products.
