EIFS and Wall Reinforcement
Fiberglass alkali resistant mesh is an integral structural material in entire exterior insulation system. It has high strength and good adhesion, and can effectively combine with polystyrene board to prevent the corrosion of alkaline materials in the construction materials, effectively preventing wall cracking and enhancing resistance to pressure.
Roofing Waterproof
Waterproof medium such as asphalt has no strength of its own, so under seasonal temperature changes, wind and sun a membrane will inevitably crack and leak. Adding a waterproofing membrane containing fiberglass mesh or composite carpet enhances wind resistance and tensile strength so the roof withstands stress changes without cracking. S-RM mat is mainly used as substrate for water-proof roofing materials.
Stone and Marble Reinforcement
Fiberglass mesh is applied to the back of marble or mosaic. With the mesh docile and well positioned, the stress on the stone during construction and use is uniformly dispersed, giving both reinforcement and protection.
Floor Reinforcement
Screed reinforcement with fiberglass is less costly and more effective than steel or polypropylene fibers. The products are lightweight, easy to install and use, will not rust or rot, and provide increased durability in every cementitious application.
Drywall Jointing and Crack Repair
JOWA FIBER offers a full line of products for wall finishing: self-adhesive fiberglass tape for stronger joints, ultra-thin tape for ceilings, paper tape for high strength and water tolerance, corner bead to protect corners from impact, and wall patch to permanently repair holes on drywalls, plasters, walls and ceilings.
Plaster and Floor Sanding
Sanding screen mesh and abrasive discs are excellent for sanding plaster, wall surface, metal, and finishing of hardwood or concrete floor, with efficiency and durability beyond conventional abrasive materials.
Woodworking and Furniture
Aluminium oxide, flint and garnet paper sheets are ideal for woodworking, painting and gesso wall. Abrasive belts sand and polish plywood, shaving boards, trim boards, bamboo and woodwork, and sanding sponges handle intermediate sanding of lacquered wooden surfaces, touch-up, contours and shapes.
Metal Sanding and Rust Removal
Abrasive cloth sheets in aluminium oxide or emery are ideal for light metal sanding and removing rust and corrosion from metal surface, while belts handle complex surfaces of stainless steel plates and nonferrous or ferrous metal plates.
Automotive and Appliance Refinishing
Silicon carbide waterproof paper is ideal for automobile, furniture, leather and cases of electrical household appliances, and is specialized in grinding under water with no dust pollution. The JOWA pads series is widely used in the automatic industry, including sander polisher pads, dual action orbital sander pads and professional wool pads.
Resin Grinding Wheel Reinforcement
Textile glass industrial cloth is produced with a professional impregnation compound technology for resin grinding wheels, giving stable chemical performance, high tensile strength and resistance to alkali and oxidation.
Composite Hand Lay-Up
Woven roving fabrics made from continuous E-glass rovings are most suitable for hand lay applications where thickness and strength is required, with good coverage, drape-ability and fast wet-out. The silane sizing is compatible with most resin systems.
Insect Screening
The insect screen line covers standard and specialty products offering pet damage resistance, pollen and allergen protection, tiny insect, no-see-um and gnat protection, extreme durability and UV protection.
