What types of products do you source?
We source across a wide range of categories including industrial machinery, automotive parts, electronics, packaging materials, home goods, pet products and textiles. Send your requirements and we will find the right factory.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product and factory. For standardised products such as packaging and home goods it can be as low as 100–500 units. For custom-manufactured products such as machinery and OEM parts it is typically higher.
How do you ensure product quality?
A multi-stage process: pre-production raw material and component inspection, in-line inspection and process monitoring during production, random sampling inspection before loading, and optional third-party lab testing. You receive photo and video reports at each stage.
What shipping options do you offer?
Sea freight FCL and LCL with transit of 15–40 days, air freight at 3–7 days, China–Europe rail at 12–18 days, express at 3–7 days, and DDP all-inclusive door-to-door.
How long does the sourcing process take?
Supplier matching 2–5 days, quotation and negotiation 3–7 days, sample production 7–15 days, mass production 15–45 days, and shipping 3–40 days. From inquiry to delivery, expect 4–12 weeks for most orders.
How do I pay?
T/T wire transfer, PayPal, and L/C for larger orders. Typically 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, negotiable for long-term partnerships.
