The Stainless Steel Strapping also named Metal Strapping. Meatl strapping is used indoors and outdoors where long exposures to high humidity and moisture can cause standard steel banding to rust.
Material of Metal Strapping
The metal strapping is made of stainless steel 201,304,316.
Type 201 meatl strapping:Type 201 is the standard in banding and fastening for general applications. Type 201 won’t oxidize and is corrosion resistant except in the most demanding environments and is harder & stronger than either Type 304 or 316 stainless steel
Type 304 metal strapping: Stainless steel type 304 is defined by its higher nickel content than the 201 type of stainless steel and therefore is less susceptible to corrosion. The rising cost of nickel makes stainless steel type 304 slightly more expensive. It is widely used in unfavorable weather conditions such as rain, snow, salt water, etc
Type 316 metal strapping: Stainless steel type 316 esists chemicals, salts, heat, cold, moisture,UV light is good than Stainless steel type 201 and 304.
