Disc-Core Nozzle
DISC & CORE SERIES Full Cone Nozzle Assembly – Mix Disc and Swirl Core Combinations, Ceramic All ceramic material. Spray is uniformly distributed in a cone pattern with good atomization. The core actually produces the cone-shaped pattern. Disc-core nozzles are common in spraying insecticides at higher pressures. Disc tips are also suitable for wetable powders and other erosive products. Ceramic discs and cores provide superior wear resistance.
