Pulp and Paper
Shower nozzles, self-cleaning tips and high-pressure trim cutters for wire, felt and roll cleaning — the duty that punishes a nozzle hardest.
Agriculture and Crop Spraying
Boom nozzles, diaphragm check valves, clamps and liquid-fertiliser streams for sprayers that have to lay down an even dose at field speed.
Tank and Vessel Cleaning

What we need to specify a nozzle
Give us as much of this as you have and we can usually come back with a part number the same day:
- Liquid or gas being sprayed, and its temperature
- Required flow rate per nozzle, and the available supply pressure
- Spray pattern and angle, and the distance from nozzle to target
- Connection thread and header or boom size
- Material constraints — corrosion, abrasion, food contact, hygiene standards
- Quantity, and whether this is a trial, a retrofit or a series build

Give us flow rate, pressure, spray angle and the liquid, and we will size the nozzle. Drawings and non-standard parts welcome. Samples typically ready within 10 days.
