Graphene heating film is used in several of our heated products. It heats quickly and spreads heat across the contact area rather than at one point.

Fabrics And Covers
Leg wraps, neck straps and seat cushions use woven fabric or PU. Fabric choice affects breathability, cleaning and how the product looks after a season of use.
PU is common on car products because it wipes clean and matches automotive interiors.
Batteries And Cells
Rechargeable models use lithium polymer or 18650 cells. Capacity and charging time should be stated as figures, not as general claims.
Battery choice affects shipping documentation, so it is fixed early in the specification.
