Cells, motors, heating films, silicone parts and fabrics are checked when they arrive. Anything outside specification is held before it reaches the line.
Board Assembly And Soldering
Control boards are assembled and soldered at dedicated stations. Boards are checked before they go into a housing, because a fault found later costs far more to fix.
Sub Assembly
Airbags, heating films, motors and switches are fitted into housings or wraps. Sewing stations handle the fabric parts of wraps and straps.
Aging And Function Test
Units are run on aging racks and checked for heating, vibration, airbag inflation and pulse output. This step catches early failures before packing.
Full Inspection And Packing
Every unit is inspected before packing. Accessories, manuals and labels are verified against the order sheet and cartons are marked with the customer's own item numbers.
Warehouse And Handover
Finished cartons move to the warehouse for booking. Shipping documents and certificate copies travel with the shipment.
